"Didn’t look anything like the picture"
I was disappointed. The flowers didn’t look like the photo on the website at all. I kept looking back at the picture because they just didn’t match, not in color, not in fullness, just not the same. I expected what was shown online, and this really wasn’t it

Had a mix-up with my order and the delivery showed up late, which was frustrating. Reached out to them and they did get back to me, then fixed it after a bit. Wasn't perfect, but glad it got handled eventually.

The flowers were really nice, so I guess I can’t complain too much, but the delivery didn’t cover my exact neighborhood. It was close enough that it felt like it should’ve, which made it kind of frustrating.

The flowers were decent and looked fine, but the selection felt a bit limited. I think it’s only fair for customers to have a few more choices, especially when picking something meant to be thoughtful or special.

"Same-day delivery didn’t come through"
I ordered this expecting same-day delivery, but it ended up arriving late and totally spoiled the surprise. I’ve used other services before where same-day actually meant same-day, so this was disappointing. Not the experience I was hoping for.

I tried checking out twice and the page kept freezing on me, so I had no idea if my order actually went through or not. I reached out for help and kept getting different answers, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Really annoying experience overall.

I’m really frustrated because I’ve been waiting for either a refund or a replacement and it still hasn’t been resolved, and every time I check in it feels like I’m getting nowhere, so at this point I just want someone to actually fix the issue and give me a clear answer

"My mom was not impressed at all"
I sent these to my mom and I swear I was expecting a nice little wow moment, but nope. The flowers looked kind of tired and were way smaller than I thought they’d be. My mom tried to be polite, but I could tell she was disappointed, which made me feel awful. Kind of a letdown all around

"Flowers arrived crushed in a soaked box"
The flowers showed up in a flimsy, wet box and were basically crushed by the time I opened it. It looked like nobody put any care into packing them at all. I had to keep explaining what happened, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Really disappointed with the experience.

"I signed up thinking it would be..."
I signed up thinking it would be simple to manage, but when I actually tried to cancel the subscription, it ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. I don’t mind paying for something if I’m using it, but once I decided I didn’t need it anymore, I just wanted a clear cancel button or an easy process. Instead, it felt like I had to click around and figure out where to go, which made the whole thing more annoying than it should have been. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely left me irritated.

"Same old plain flower arrangement"
I ordered from Nature's Wonders Florist hoping I’d finally get something cute and a little different, but it was the same issue again, the design just looked really plain.
The flowers themselves were fine, but the arrangement didn’t have much personality or creativity. It felt rushed, like it was just put together quickly instead of matching the nicer style shown in the pictures.
For what I paid, I expected a lot more. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I’m tired of ordering flowers and ending up disappointed with the same basic-looking result.

"Plant arrived looking rough"
My plant showed up with yellow leaves and the soil was completely soggy. It looked unhealthy right out of the box, and I had to spend extra time trying to clean it up, check the roots, and figure out if it could even be saved. It still didn’t last long. disappointing and way more hassle than I expected

I ordered a bright mixed bouquet, but what showed up was mostly white flowers and not even the vase I picked. The card also had the WRONG name on it, which made the whole thing feel really awkward. I tried calling to get it sorted out, but I couldn’t get anywhere. For the price, this was disappointing...

The flowers were fine, nothing awful, but not worth what I paid. The service was slower than I expected and the whole process felt kind of confusing. What annoyed me most was that the terms seemed to change along the way, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was actually getting. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience.

They had some nice choices for switching up the flowers and colors, which I appreciated. But umm, when I tried to make it feel a bit more personal, I felt like the options were kind of limited. It turned out okay in the end, just not as custom as I was hoping for.
